Lost and Found

Baggage and items which are lost or forgotten on planes arriving at Oslo Airport, in airport terminal or the Airport Express Train (Flytoget) will be handed over to the lost baggage office. This also applies to items forgotten in the security control.

All items that are handed over to the lost baggage office will be available at the webpage www.missingx.com within 24 hours.

Opening hours

The office is open daily from 05.00 to 24.00.
Telephone hours daily from 8.00 to 22.00.

Lost baggage can also be sent to owners resident. Please contact the lost baggage office for further information.

Location

The lost baggage office is located at the east end of the arrival hall (opposite of the railway station).

Checked baggage?
If you have lost checked baggage or taken the wrong bag on belt, ABSS lost and found cannot help you. Then you need to contact the handling agent for your airline. More information about this on your airline's website.

Porter service

Do you need help with your baggage?

Porter service will transport your baggage to/from the parking facilities, close by hotels and public transportation to the terminal check-in area.

The service has to be reserved at the latest 24 hours prior to departure.
