Queue Measurement System in the security control at Oslo Airport
Oslo Airport (OSL) has installed a system which constantly estimates and publish the waiting time in the security control. The estimated waiting time is displayed on screens at the two queue entrances in the security control.
The waiting time published at www.osl.no is an average time from the queues in the security control at OSL.
The queue measurement system will be an important information for the passengers, as they will always know the waiting time in the security control. OSL believes this will give the passengers a better travel experience.
