Check-in

All departures are displayed with flight number, destination and time of departure on monitors at the ends of the check-in counters, and indicate the location of your airline check-in. The A to H check-in areas are clearly marked.

Innsjekking (bred)

The Self Service check-in allows you to check in by yourself by using a machine. The machines are located close to the check-in area for your airline.

Self Service check-in is fast, simple and convenient. The departure process is speedier because there is less time spent waiting, and it gives you control over the check-in process. With Self Service check-in your trip will get off to a pleasant start and you will have more time to enjoy the shops, restaurants and bars.

How does it work?

  1. Insert your passport, credit card or airline card into the scanner on the machine. You may also enter your reference number.
  2. Supply the required information.
  3. Some airlines allow you to change your seating, if desired.
  4. Collect your boarding pass and luggage tag if these are provided. Fix the luggage tag to your luggage in accordance with the provided instructions.
  5. If you have luggage to check in, proceed to the designated luggage drop point.
  6. More and more airlines provide the Self Service check-in procedure for their passengers. Find out if your airline provides Self Service check-in here.
