Strike by air traffic controllers will cause delays
June 29, 2012 03:22 PM by Oslo Airport
The first strike call-outs by NATCA will cause reduced manning for inbound and outbound air traffic control at Oslo Airport. This will lead to delays at Oslo Airport. A strike which hits air traffic control at Oslo Airport will also cause delays elsewhere in the country.
Passengers are advised to monitor the information the airlines provide on their own flights. Information on air traffic will also be provided at avinor.no and osl.no
Given the departures and arrivals scheduled for Oslo Airport next week, delays can be expected of up to 30 minutes in the mornings and up to two hours at peak times in the mornings and afternoons. During some periodes the traffic may be operated according to schedule.
Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport as normal.
