Managing Director
Nic. Nilsen was born in 1946. He started his career with OSL in November 1995 and was responsible for the Fornebu move and for the start-up of the new main airport in Norway. He is chairman of OSL’s subsidiary Oslo Lufthavn Eiendom AS (OSLE).

 | Marit Ektvedt Kjær
Director of Organisation and Finance
Kjær was born in 1959. Kjær is responsible for strategy, finance, communication, law/acquisition, HR and competence development.
Marit Kjær holds a Bachelor degree from BI Norwegian School of Management and an MBA in Strategic Management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). She assumed her current position with OSL in 2000 after having held several executive positions within finance and marketing in the Norwegian Air Traffic and Airport Management (now Avinor), as well as in insurance and industry.
Marit Kjær is chair of Airport Coordination Norway, deputy chair of Undervisningsbygg and member of the board of Oslo Lufthavn Eiendom AS and Energiselskapet Buskerud AS.

 | Knut Holen
Director for Terminal Operations
Holen was born in 1969. He holds a Master of Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in addition to further education in technology management and has completed the management development programme Solstrandprogrammet. Holen is responsible for safe and efficient terminal operations. This includes responsibility for security checks, contractual responsibility vis-à-vis handling companies and operative contact with the airline companies. He joined OSL in 1998 and has worked with and been responsible for health, safety and the environment before assuming responsibility for terminal operations in 2007.

 | Mariann Hornnes
Director of Technical Operations
Hornnes was born in 1965. She holds a Master of Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Hornnes is responsible for planning and development of new infrastructure and maintaining technical operations and maintenance of all technical infrastructure at the airport. She is also responsible for the Operations Centre and Oslo airport parking. Hornness joined OSL in 2009. She has broad technical management experience from Tandberg Television, Ericsson Radar, Norsk Tipping and Akershus University Hospital. Mariann Hornnes is chair of Oslo Lufthavn Tele og Data.

 | Thorgeir Landevaag
Director of T2 Operation
Thorgeir Landevaag was born in 1969. Landevaag is responsible for policy formulation management vis-à-vis the T2 project and change management between project and operations. He is responsible for coordinating development and operations to minimise consequences for air traffic management. Furthermore, Landevaag is responsible for implementing T2 and for internal communication relating to the T2 project. Thorgeir has held previous management positions within aviation, the energy industry, building and construction, as well as the armed forces.

 | Espen Ettre
Director of Business Development and Real Estate Espen Ettre was born in 1949. Ettre is responsible for OSL’s revenue base including traffic management, area and property development as well as agreements with commercial parties. He is also managing director of OSL’s subsidiary, Oslo Lufthavn Eiendom AS, and a member of the board in Visit Oslo and Oslo Lufthavn Tele og Data (OLTD).

 | Ole Jørgen Holt Hanssen
Director of Security and Safety Management
Born in 1959. Holt Hanssen is a graduate in nature management from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB). In OSL he has staff responsibility for safety, security, crisis management, HSE and the external environment for the Avinor Group. He has previous experience from Statskog and the communications industry and has been Manager of Safety, Security and Quality in Avinor. Holt Hanssen was employed by OSL during the period 1994-98, and has been employed in his current position since 2009.

 | Henning Bråtebæk
Director of Airport Services
Born in 1967. Master of Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in 1992. Bråtebæk is responsible for airport services, OSL’s largest staff and operating unit. The unit consists of four sections: the Fire and Rescue Service, Airport Security, Ground Staff, including winter maintenance and Airside. The unit is also responsible for the contract with the Air Traffic Service (air traffic control), as well as production of all ID cards for the airport and 40 of Avinor’s airports in Norway. Bråtebæk has held several executive positions in the Norwegian National Rail Administration including Track Manager, Station and Property Manager and Project Manager before joining OSL in 2008. Bråtebæk is a board member or deputy chair of four small project and property development companies.
